Safety and success go hand in hand
Health, safety and environment (HSE) are at the heart of everything we do. Preventive measures, quality controls and continuous learning and improvement are critical our management system ensures occupational safety and environmental protection. It comprises processes, guidelines and procedural instructions that comply with the highest international standards. Health and safety criteria are also included in our contractor pre-qualification and selection processes.
Minimise our environmental impact
Our strengths are not only in producing energy, but in conserving it. Our energy management system has DIN EN ISO 50001 certification. We aim to continually reduce our energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions over the long term – e.g. with our no routine flaring policy and our methane leak detection and repair program in our western production district.
Being a good neighbor
We want to create value for society. Excellent stakeholder management is a central to our success. We are well connected in the regions in which we work. As well as being committed to our staff, we are dedicated to the regions, cities, towns and communities in which our company operates. We reach out to the public in many different ways, including information events for citizens, presentations to local authorities and sponsoring community activities.
