Training programme: | Teaching of professionally relevant content by the company and the cooperation partners of the Training Association for Mining Technologists for Deep Drilling Technology (AVBT); insights into various company areas such as production operations, drilling operations, production and field development; vocational school lessons in a block system, which imparts a broad range of specialist knowledge in the field of mining technology |
Vocational school: | Block instruction in Haldensleben, Saxony-Anhalt (travel expenses are covered) |
Practical placement: | Rühlermoor workshop + oil and gas fields around Meppen and, if necessary, assignments at Neptune Energy's or AVBT's operations throughout Germany |
Speciality: | Focus on workover technology |
Future: | Deployment as a winch operator; with appropriate professional experience and further qualification as a shift leader or supervisor, further qualifications include, for example, shift leader (specialising in drilling and workover technology) and technician (specialising in mining technology) |
